Tomorrow two teams will play in the little league World Series, and it might just be the best sporting event televised today. Innocence, amazing moments, big league dreams, and teamwork all come together in Williamsport.
Little league is one of my most favorite places to photograph kids. All the emotions and excitement come to play in the name of friendly competition that gets less and less friendly the older kids get. Here are some of my personal favorite photos taken at the Little League field of kids playing baseball.
A personal project that is ongoing right now, is taking a photo each year of these two brothers together during baseball season. Watching the little brother go from trying to climb onto the little league field, to pitching in a game where his brother umpired was sweet and so special to our family.
