Mermaids pool just south of Crescent in Laguna Beach, is not easy to get to, you have to navigate smith’s cliffs, and I have left a friend or two behind when they saw the path it takes to get here. But once you make it to this secret cove, you usually have it all to yourself, and you can be lost, and forgotten if you want.
Took my two boys here, and although they are both climbing experts and navigate it fine without my help, only one was brave enough to swim in the urchin infested waters.
